Choose Audio

Audio refers to sounds or music tracks that are longer than beeps.  Audio track files included in the Neurolateral program include, for example,  the sounds of waves on a beach, some relaxing short musical pieces and heartbeats. These may be played during a relaxation exercise, or along with alternating bilateral tactile or visual stimulation.

To play an audio track:

1. Click on the audio check box.

2. In the drop down box, select the category of audio track you would like: Nature, Music, My Music or     None.  Each selection will reveal further choices.

3.  Double click (or single click, then click Open), on the file you like, and the title will appear in the      drop-down box.

The audio choice will appear in the drop-down box and be saved with your settings.
