Licensing
To receive your permanent license for Neurolateral, send us your Unique Serial Number, visible on the first program screen. You may click on the email link to send it automatically, or copy it and telephone, fax or mail it to us. You will then receive your permanent license file.
Your permanent license file will have the name: neurolateral.vpl. When you receive it, copy it into the Neurolateral Directory. By default, this is C:\Program Files\Neurolateral Inc\Neurolateral.
You do this by clicking on the file (if by email, it is the attachment in the email) with your right mouse button, and choosing Copy. Then go to My Computer, and find the Neurolateral folder as above. Then paste this file there. You will be asked whether to replace the existing file; choose Yes.
The program is now permanently unlocked.
Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions about this process. We decided to license each version of the full program, so that there will be less "temptation" to share the program with others who have not purchased it. We realize this is somewhat of an annoyance for the trustworthy clinicians, but we are a small company, and would like to be able to continue in business, and further develop and enhance Neurolateral products.
